Guarantee and warranty:

All sales are subject to the statutory warranty of the Federal Republic of Germany, which is described in the German Civil Code (BGB). Within the warranty period, please contact us directly in the event of material defects.

The “Product Lifetime Warranty” provided by the manufacturer TriggerTech for some items is a guarantee that goes beyond the statutory warranty. This “Product Lifetime Warrenty” is applicable if the statutory warranty period has expired, it is not an additional guarantee from the seller! The “Product Lifetime Warrenty” must be claimed by the customer directly from the manufacturer! We are happy to assist you with this, but we are under no obligation to do so.

The following circumstances will invalidate the warranty and guarantee claim:

- unauthorized modifications to the product
- improper handling
- improper istallation
- opening the trigger housing
- soiling or contamination with foreign particles
- application of external force
- Removal of the serial number

Please always observe and comply with the legal requirements for carrying out work on a firearm during installation!

Conditions of purchase and delivery:

All products can only be sold to persons over the age of 18. The buyer may be required to provide proof of age before delivery, but this will then be requested by the seller.

At the moment we only deliver cash on delivery or against prepayment. We ask for your understanding. For every delivery within Germany we charge a shipping fee of 6,99 Euro, to other European countries the shipping fee is 13,99€.
